Nomad Know How (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates nomad-know-how.com and provides advisory and placement services for Live & Work Abroad opportunities (including Au Pair, teaching/assistant programs, working‑holiday guidance, and related services) (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website or interact with us.

  • Scheduling (e.g., Calendly): name, email, time zone, and booking notes.

  • Contact (site form, email, WhatsApp links): questions, feedback, and communications content.

  • Payments (if/when offered): billing details and transaction metadata processed by our payment provider(s). We do not store full card details on our servers.

B) Information collected automatically

  • Device/usage data: IP address, browser type/version, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, access times, and general interaction data.

  • Host families/schools & placement partners to evaluate fit, arrange interviews, and manage placements.

  • Service providers that help operate our site and Services (e.g., web hosting, email, cloud storage, Google Forms, Calendly, analytics, customer support tools). They act under contract and only process data on our instructions.

  • Payment processors (if used) to process transactions.

  • Professional advisers (lawyers, accountants) under confidentiality.

  • Authorities or law enforcement when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

  • Business transfers (e.g., merger, acquisition) where permitted; we will provide notice where required.

We do not sell personal information. If we ever engage in “sharing” for cross‑context behavioral advertising as defined by applicable law, we will provide required notices and opt‑out options.
